Physical discomfort
Pinching, chafing, or irritation with exercise, tight clothing, or everyday activity.

Triple Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon | Commerce, Buford and Monroe, GA
If the size or shape of your labia causes discomfort with clothing, exercise, or daily life, or simply makes you self-conscious, labiaplasty is a short outpatient procedure that addresses it. Dr. Michael Kluska performs it in our own surgical suite, and the conversation starts and stays between you and your surgeon.
You Are Not the Only One
Most women who come to us for labiaplasty have thought about it for years and told almost no one. The pinching in leggings, the irritation after a workout, the discomfort that makes you adjust how you sit or what you wear. None of it is unusual, and all of it is fixable. The hardest part is making the call. After that, it is a simple procedure with a short recovery.
If you are still deciding, that is fine. The consultation is where deciding happens, and there is no obligation at the end of it. Call (706) 335-3555

Comfort Is a Reasonable Thing to Want
Ⅰ. Labia minora reduction
The most requested procedure. Reduces inner labia that are elongated, uneven, or extend past the outer labia, which is the usual source of pinching, chafing, and visibility in fitted clothing or swimwear.
Ⅱ. Labia majora reduction
Reshapes outer labia that have become loose, enlarged, or deflated after childbirth, weight change, or age.
Ⅲ. Clitoral hood reduction
Reduces excess skin around the clitoral hood so the tissue sits neatly and in proportion, often performed alongside labia minora reduction for a balanced result.
Ⅳ. Additional options
Depending on your anatomy and goals, Dr. Kluska may discuss perineoplasty, fat transfer to restore volume to the outer labia, or liposuction of the mons pubis. Vaginoplasty, which addresses internal laxity after childbirth, is a separate procedure and can be combined when appropriate.
What To Expect
Meet Dr. Kluska privately at our Commerce, Buford, or Monroe office. He examines, listens to what you want changed, and explains his recommendation and what it costs. Many patients tell us this conversation was easier than they expected.
Once you decide to move forward, we schedule your procedure and go over how to prepare, including what to arrange at home for the first few days.
Labiaplasty is performed in the Aesthetic Arts surgical suite, typically under local anesthesia with sedation, and usually takes one to two hours. You go home the same day with someone to drive you.
Expect swelling and tenderness for the first week. Most patients return to desk work within a few days to a week, resume exercise at about four weeks, and resume intimacy at around six weeks once Dr. Kluska confirms you have healed. Swelling continues to settle over two to three months, when the final result is visible.
Am I a Candidate
There is no single reason women choose labiaplasty. For some it is physical, for others it is confidence, and for many it is both. If several of these sound familiar, a consultation is the next step. It is a private exam and an honest conversation, and Dr. Kluska will tell you plainly whether surgery is likely to resolve what is bothering you.
Pinching, chafing, or irritation with exercise, tight clothing, or everyday activity.
Concern about the appearance of the labia in swimwear, fitted clothing, or intimate settings.

Missing out on certain activities, clothing, or situations because of discomfort or how you feel about your body.
