Every plan begins with how your face has changed, and which changes matter most to you.
01. Consultation
Meet Dr. Kluska at our Commerce, Buford, or Monroe office. He studies your face, listens to what bothers you, and tells you honestly what a facelift will and will not change. You leave with a plan and a price.
02. Planning
Surgery is scheduled and medical clearance completed. You stop smoking, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory medications beforehand to reduce bleeding and support healing.
03. Surgery
Performed in our AAAHC-accredited surgical suite in Commerce, usually in two to four hours. Incisions are placed in the hairline and natural creases around the ear. A soft dressing is removed in the office the next morning.
04. Recovery and Follow-Up
Swelling peaks around the third day and mostly resolves in two to four weeks. Stitches come out at about one week. Driving resumes at around two weeks and exercise at three to six. The final result appears at three to six months.

Dr. Kluska spent 15 years in private practice in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, before he was asked to be Medical Director of The Greenbrier Center for Cosmetic Surgery and MedSpa and its affiliated services in Beckley, West Virginia.
Dr. Kluska’s impressive resume includes seven years of elite membership on the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery’s Board of Trustees before his prestigious appointment as President in 2017.
He was certified “Master Surgeon in Plastic Surgery” by the prestigious Surgical Review Corporation in 2020.
