What to Expect, Start to Finish

1. Consultation

Meet Dr. Kluska at our Commerce, Buford, or Monroe office. He examines you, listens to what you want to change and what you want to keep, and recommends an approach and a target size. You leave with a clear plan and clear pricing, and we can advise on whether your case may qualify for insurance coverage.

II. Preparation

Once you decide to move forward, we schedule surgery, complete any medical clearance, and go over how to prepare, including a baseline mammogram if you are of screening age.

III. Surgery Day

Breast reduction is performed under general anesthesia in our own surgical suite. The procedure typically takes two to four hours depending on the amount of tissue removed. You go home the same day with someone to drive you and a surgical bra in place.

IV. Recovery

The first week is about rest. Most patients are back to desk work in one to two weeks, driving once off pain medication, and back to full exercise in about six weeks. Swelling settles over several months, and the final shape is visible around six months to a year.

Youthful, Balance, Natural

Most Women Wait Years.

Our Patients Say the Same Thing Afterward. "I should have done this sooner."

Breast reduction has one of the highest patient satisfaction rates of any procedure in plastic surgery, and the reason is simple.

It fixes something that affects every single day: how you sleep, how you exercise, how you dress, and how you carry yourself.

This is not vanity. It is relief. Dr. Kluska tailors every detail to your body and vision, delivering results that look and feel natural.

WHY AESTHETIC ARTS

Surgery Done In Our Surgical Center, by the Surgeon You Met

Our own surgical suite.

Breast reduction at Aesthetic Arts happens in our own facility with our own surgical team, not a hospital. No hospital pricing, no waiting on an operating room schedule.

One surgeon, start to finish.

Dr. Kluska does your consultation, your surgery, and your follow-ups. Not an associate, not a rotating provider.

Honest recommendations.

We tell patients when a lift alone would serve them better, or when weight loss first would improve their result. Our reputation in Northeast Georgia was built on that.

Insurance guidance.

Some breast reductions qualify for coverage when documented symptoms are present. Our team will tell you honestly whether yours is likely to, and help with the paperwork if so.

Three offices.

Commerce, Buford, and Monroe. Consultations and follow-ups at whichever is closest to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

That is decided together at your consultation. Most women go down one to three cup sizes. Dr. Kluska will recommend a size that is proportionate to your frame, relieves your symptoms, and still looks natural, and he will tell you if what you are asking for is too much or too little.
Yes. Reduction removes tissue and reshapes what remains, so the result is a smaller, lifted, rounder breast rather than a deflated one. The nipple is repositioned to sit where it belongs on the new breast.
Coverage usually requires documented symptoms such as back or neck pain, skin irritation, or nerve problems, plus a minimum amount of tissue removed. Our office will tell you honestly whether your case is likely to qualify and help with the process if it is.
Every reduction leaves scars. The most common pattern runs around the areola, straight down to the breast fold, and sometimes along the fold. They are hidden by a bra or swimsuit and fade significantly over the first year. Most patients consider the trade worth it many times over.
Many women can, but not all. Reduction can affect the milk ducts, and the outcome varies. If future breastfeeding matters to you, tell Dr. Kluska at your consultation so he can factor it into the approach.
Some change in sensation is common right after surgery and usually improves over several months. Permanent loss is uncommon but possible, and Dr. Kluska will discuss your individual risk based on the size of your reduction
Yes. Liposuction of the sides or back is the most common addition. Some patients pair reduction with a tummy tuck or other body procedures. Dr. Kluska will tell you whether combining makes sense for you.
Cost depends on the extent of the reduction and whether any other procedures are combined. You receive exact pricing at your consultation, after Dr. Kluska has examined you. If insurance does not apply, financing is available through four lenders.
