Once you decide to move forward, we schedule surgery, complete any medical clearance, and go over how to prepare, including a baseline mammogram if you are of screening age.

04. Procedure
The surgery typically takes approximately 30 minutes per side. Dr. Kluska places the implant through a discreet incision beneath the breast fold or at the armpit, positioning it precisely for the most natural look and feel.

Most patients return to light daily activities within a few days and resume exercise in four to six weeks. We schedule follow-up visits to monitor your healing and ensure your results are developing beautifully.

Dr. Kluska spent 15 years in private practice in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, before he was asked to be Medical Director of The Greenbrier Center for Cosmetic Surgery and MedSpa and its affiliated services in Beckley, West Virginia.
Dr. Kluska’s impressive resume includes seven years of elite membership on the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery’s Board of Trustees before his prestigious appointment as President in 2017.
